Design Yourself: A Method for People Ready for Change
What if the way you think is the only thing standing between you and the life you truly want?
Transformation doesn’t just happen. It’s designed.
Just like a well crafted space shapes how we feel, think, and function, our inner world influences every part of our life.
This is not traditional coaching.
And it’s not surface level motivation.
It’s a structured, creative, and grounded process designed to help you rethink the way you live, work, decide, and move through the world.
Why people feel stuck?
Most people don’t realize they’re repeating patterns that no longer serve them.
They move through life reacting instead of choosing.
They lose focus.
Disconnect from themselves.
Overthink decisions.
Feel pulled in too many directions.
And even when they know something needs to change, they don’t always know how to translate insight into action.
That’s where the process begins.
Who is this for?
-
A career shift
-
burnout
-
relocation
-
or a moment in life where you know something has to shift.
I created this for people who think deeply, feel deeply, and want more clarity, direction, and alignment in the way they live and work.
-
Designers.
-
Creators.
-
Entrepreneurs.
-
Or anyone ready to stop living on autopilot.
What happens in the process?
The process combines design thinking, behavioural tools, identity work, creativity, strategic planning, and implementation.
Together, we work through five structured stages:
• Observation - understanding your patterns, mindset, environment, and internal dialogue
• Identity - examining the stories you tell yourself and the roles you move through
• Connecting the dots - linking values, goals, opportunities, and direction
• Action & Focus - time blocking, behavioural triggers, implementation, and momentum
• Impact & Alignment - clarifying your why, your strengths, and the way you want to move through the world
This is not just reflection.
It’s practical transformation.
How does it work?
• Weekly one to one sessions
• 60–90 minutes
• Online or in person
• Personal guidance between sessions when needed
• Flexible structure based on your process and pace
Some people come during periods of transition.
Others stay longer term as part of an ongoing personal and creative practice.
We decide together what feels right.
